Rachel Seifert was the first Warrior softball player to earn All-American honors, graduating with school records for batting average (.401), hits (256), doubles (40), triples (17), home runs (14) and RBI (140). She holds two of the top three seasons at the plate in school history, batting .429 in 2001 before hitting .443 with a then-school record 59 RBI in her All-American senior season. Seifert was a three-time all-NSIC honoree while helping the team to the NSIC Tournament title in 1999
