#20 Mitchell Stalsberg (LHP, 6-1,175, Fr., Viroqua, Wis. / Viroqua HS)
  • Stalsberg had a breakout outing for the Warriors, tossing a seven-inning no-hitter in an 11-0 victory over Sioux Falls Saturday at Loughrey Field in Winona.
  • The freshman struck out 17 batters in the game – the fourth-most batters in a single game in WSU history. The last time a WSU pitcher fanned more came more than 45 years ago.
  • 17 strikeouts is an NSIC high this season.
  • Fanned seven consecutive batters – the second most in a row in program history.
  • Only four balls were put in play against Stalsberg and just two reached the outfield.
  • First no-hitter for WSU since 2005
