Winona State’s Alissa Rausch (So., Merrill, Wis.) won the shot put in back to back meets Friday and Saturday at the Phil Esten Challenge and the Warrior Open. Her mark on Saturday sits her atop the NSIC with a throw of 48’ 3 ½” (14.72m) and 3rd in NCAA II. She missed automatically qualifying by 0.11 meters.
