WINONA, Minn. – Season tickets are now on sale for the 2017-18 Winona State University men's and women's basketball teams. Fans can watch every moment of the action inside the newly renovated McCown Gymnasium this year.
One of the new key features in McCown Gymnasium will be the 641-reserved fold down seats on the west side of the concourse. These seats will have back rests along with individual cup holders.
Reserved basketball season tickets will start out at $175 while general admission basketball season tickets will be $150. Season ticket packages will include all 18 home events. As always, proceeds from season ticket sales go directly to Winona State student-athlete scholarships.
The 2017-18 season includes a gritty home schedule that tips off Tuesday, October 30th as the Men's Basketball team will take on Viterbo University at 7:00 pm. Other highlights on the Men's Basketball schedule include hosting Minnesota State on December 8th, reigning NSIC – South champion SMSU on January 8th, and reigning NSIC – North champion MSU-Moorhead on February 2nd.
The Warriors Women's Basketball team will look to improve upon their 22-9 record last season, as they open up against Saint Mary's University on Nov. 4th with a 7:00 tip-off. Other key match ups at home will include Concordia St. Paul on December 9th, Augustana on February 16th, and Wayne State on February 17th.
