2025-26: 1st in the 5000 at the Chuck Peterson Open.
2024-25: 1st in the mile at the Bearson/Gathje Classic... 2nd in the 3000 at the Pat Healy Classic.
2023-24: 2nd in the mile at the Mark Schuck Open... 9th in the mile at the Lewis Invitational... 8th in the 1500 at the UW-La Crosse Ashton May Invitational.
2022-23: Ran 10:20.84 in the 3000m at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi... ran a 4:36.99 in the 1500m at the 2023 NSIC Outdoor Championship.
2021-22: Ran a 3:11.71 in the 1,000 meters...turned in a of 5:04.56 in the 1,500 meters...earned a mile mark of 5:28.57.
High School: Was named captain of both high school cross country, as well as track & field teams at Farmington High School...also participated in gymnastics at FHS...currently serves as a tech intern at Pleasant Valley Church in Winona.
