Athletic Training

Athletic Training requires specific paperwork to be completed by student-athletes prior to being cleared for athletic participation. All required forms are available at this link. 

Student-Athlete Academic Honors
WSU student-athletes may receive recognition for academic accomplishments at the university, conference, or national level. This provides more information on the common academic honors student-athletes may receive. 

Student-Athlete Code of Conduct
The Student-Athlete Code of Conduct details the expectations of WSU student-athletes. Being a member of a WSU athletic team is a privilege, not a right.  WSU student-athletes are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, honesty, and integrity. 
 
 


Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC)
WSU competes in the NSIC for Baseball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Football, Men's Golf, Women's Golf, Women's Soccer, Softball, Women's Tennis, Women's Track & Field, and Women's Volleyball. The NSIC is composed of 15 teams: Augustana University, Bemidji State University, Concordia University- St. Paul, Minnesota State University- Mankato, Minnesota State University- Moorhead, Minot State University, Northern State University, St. Cloud State University, Southwest Minnesota State University, University of Mary, University of Minnesota Crookston, University of Minnesota Duluth, University of Sioux Falls, Wayne State College, and Winona State University.
 
Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC)
WSU competes in the WIAC for Women's Gymnastics. In the sport of Gymnastics, the WIAC is composed of eight teams: Gustavus Adolphus College, Hamline University, UW- Eau Claire, UW- La Crosse, UW- Oshkosh, UW- Stout, UW- Whitewater, and Winona State University.
