Winona State Warriors

Former Winona State softball standout Ann Smolenski joined the Warrior coaching staff under head coach Greg Jones in December, 2023. Smolenski got her bachelors degree in Public Health Administration and Nutrition from Winona State. Smolenski started at 1st and 3rd based at her time at Winona State and was a presidential scholar athlete from 2019-2022, received the NSIC Golden Glove in 2019, NSIC All-Academic team in 2020, and was first-team NSIC in 2019. Smolenski comes from UW-La Crosse where she spent a year there being part of the 2023 WIAC Coaching Staff of the Year.
