Winona State Warriors

Courtney Dunker is in her first season as a graduate assistant with the Winona State softball team. Dunker joins the Warriors after an outstanding playing career at the University of Northern Iowa.

Dunker was a three-year starter for the Panthers, seeing time at both catcher and first base. She graduated from UNI second on the school’s all-time home run charts with 29, just one off the program mark.

Dunker helped lead UNI to a conference championship as a senior in 2012, the second conference title in program history. Northern Iowa went 38-16 in Dunker’s senior year and won at least 30 games in three of her four campaigns.

Dunker graduated with a degree in Movement and Exercise Science from Northern Iowa in 2012 and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Winona State.
