Jamie Majerowicz

Jamie Majerowicz is in her second season as a graduate assistant with the Winona State women’s basketball program.

Majerowicz helped lead Winona State to a 21-11 overall record during the 2012-13 season and a trip to the NSIC Tournament semifinals. Working with the Warrior post players, Majerowicz helped senior Michelle Tobin set a new program record for rebounds in a season with 300.

Majerowicz was a standout player for the Warriors from 2005-09. She helped lead Winona State to a 21-9 record during the 2007-08 season, the first time a Warrior squad had won 20 games. The Warriors followed with a 24-7 record during Majerowicz’s senior season, with the program advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the first time.

Majerowicz is 19th on the WSU career scoring charts and 17th in rebounds. She was a two-time NSIC All-Academic selection during her playing career.

Majerowicz graduated from Winona State in 2009 with a degree in Physical Education. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Sports Management.
