2021-22 Track & Field: Set WSU indoor records in the 3000 meter run (9:43.53), the 5000 meter run (16:14.34)...ran fourth-fastest indoor mile time ever (5:01.52)...during outdoor season, set WSU 5000 meter run all-time record (16:05.36) and WSU 10,000 meter record (34.08.00)...also set a NSIC Outdoor championships record with a 34:09.57 time in the 10,000...won the 5,000 meter race at the prestigious Drake Relays, becoming the first NCAA Division II winner of the event since 1980.
2021 Cross Country: Individual champion in all four regular season meets entered, winning the UW-Parkside Vic Godfrey Open, Minnesota Roy Griak Invite, SCSU Waxlax Invite & NSIC Cross Country Championships...Individual champion of the 2021 NCAA Division II Central Region...finished 7th overall at the 2021 NCAA Cross Country Championships...earned USTFCCA All-American honors...3X NSIC Athlete of the Week.
2021 Outdoor T&F: Outdoor 5k school record holder (17:24.77) ... 5th place at NSIC Outdoor Championships in 5k .... 3rd place in the DMR and 8th place in the Mile at the NSIC Indoor Championships
