2017 Outdoor: Finished seventh at the Lee Krough Invitational in the 5,000 meters ... ninth at the St. Mary's Open in the 3,00 meters.
2017 Indoor: Season best 3,000 meter time of 11:18.49 ... finished 11th at the Wisconsin SHELL Shocker in the 3,000 meters.
2016 Outdoor: Won the 3000m at the Warrior Challenge in a career best time of 10:46.87 ... fourth at the Phil Esten Challenge with a career best 5000m in 18:57.28.
2016 Indoor: Competed just once during indoor season, ran the 3000m at the Minnesota State Multi & Open.
2015 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2015 Indoor: competed in the 3000 meters, one mile run, and 4x400 meter relay ... season best times include 10:54.10 in the 3000 meters, 5:33.23 in the one mile run and 4:34.12 in the 4x400 meter relay
2014 Outdoor: competed in the 1500 and 5000 meters ... season best times include 5:14.50 in the 1500 meter and 19:31.14 in the 5000 meter.
2014 Indoor: competed in the one mile run and the 4x400 meter relay during initial collegiate season ... season best times include 5:39.12 in the one mile run and 4:29.99 in the 4x400 meter relay.

2016: Ran a 18:35.1 at the Augie Twilight in her only race of the season.
2015: Ran her best 6k race of the year at the Central Region Championships, finishing 52nd in a time of 22:41.4 ... she was 28th at the NSIC Championships ... 13th at the Bob Waxlax Invitational ... ran every 6k race under the 25 minute mark ... was sixth at the SMU Alumni/Open running the 5k race in 20:39.0.
2014: Ran in six events as a sophomore ... recorded a top 5000 meter time of 19:22 at the Louisville Cross Country Classic ... tallied a top 6000 meter time of 23:30 at the Drews-Neubauer Invitational ... finished eighth at the St. Mary's Alumni Open ... also finished 11th at the St. Mary's No Limit Invite and 52nd at the Drews-Neubauer Invitational.
2013: Competed in seven events as a freshman, including all three postseason competitions … best time of the season came in the NSIC Championship with a mark of 23:11.35 … recorded a time of 23:23.34 at the NCAA Central Region Championship and 23:45.2 at the NCAA Championship … finished 18th at the season-opening SMU Alumni Invitational.
