2024: Ran a 20:31.8 at the NSIC Championship (6k).
2023: Ran a 17:39.3 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite (5k).
2022: Ran a 21:32.6 at the NCAA DII Regional Championship (6k).
High School: Was named captain of both high school cross country, as well as track & field teams at Farmington High School...also participated in gymnastics at FHS...currently serves as a tech intern at Pleasant Valley Church in Winona.
