2018: Competed on the uneven bars and balance beam as a senior ... averaged a 9.2 over nine meets on bars ... season-best score of 9.4 on bars vs. UWL ... averaged a 9.19 over eight meets on beam ... season-best score of 9.475 on beam to conclude season at Regionals.

2017: Competed in the uneven bars, balance beam and floor ... season best bars score of 9.400 ... balance beam high score of 9.475 against Wisconsin-Oshkosh ... scored an 8.575 in the floor ... three scores over 9.400 in the beam ... four scores over 9.300 in the beam.

2016: During team event she finished tied for second in the balance beam with a score of 9.750 ... season best 9.50 in the uneven bars at the best in Minnesota ... had 9.600 floor exercise vs Wisconsin-Oshkosh ... scored above a 9.4 in the floor on five events ... four scores above 9.4 in the balance beam on the season ... four scores above 9.4 in the uneven bars.

2015: Put together a strong freshman season for the Warriors ... finished with a season-best 9.625 on the uneven bars in a 10th place finish at the WIAC Championship as well as finishing with a season-best 9.550 on the floor exercise ... finished with a season-best 9.650 in a first place finish in the uneven bars at the UW-Stout Meet.

High School: Carling received her team MVP in 2014. She went on to lead her high school to an Illinois State Championship. She took 2nd in the all-around competition,  including a 1st place finish in the uneven parallel bars and a 2nd place finish in the balance beam. She received all-conference honors (West Suburban Conference - Silver Division) as well as all-state honors.
