2016 Outdoor: Won the shot put with a throw of 13.59m ... finished third in the discus with a throw of 46.10m ... finished 20th at the NCAA Championships in the discus ... won the shot put at the Warrior Challenge and Phil Esten Challenge ... won the discus at the Phil Esten Challenge ... finished ninth at the Drake Relays with a career best 47.46m in the discus.

2016 Indoor: Second place at the NSIC Indoor Championships at the in the shot put with a throw of 14.19 ... fourth at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the weight throw ... won the shot put at The Showcase, Minnesota State Multi & Open and Saint Mary's Early Birdinal ... third in the weight throw at the Saint Mary's Early Birdinal.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the shot put and discus throw ... finished fifth in the shot put and 13th in the discus throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships ... set the fifth best throw in WSU history in the shot put with a 13.71 meters (44' 11 3/4") and set the eighth best discus mark in school history with a 46.59 meters (152' 10").

2015 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw ... finished 11th in the shot put and 13th in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... set the sixth best mark in WSU history in the shot put with a 13.74 meters (45' 1") ... season best mark in the weight throw was 16.93 meters (55' 6 1/2").
