CAREER STATS

2015 Outdoor: Two top-three finishes in the 400m hurdles during the outdoor season ... finished tenth at the NSIC Outdoor Championships ... best 400m hurdle time of 1:05.30 came at the Phil Esten Challenge.

2015 Indoor: Member of the 4x400m relay team that took first at the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open ... season best 400m time of 1:00.35 was at the Wisconsin Open ... season best time of 27.04 in the 200m ... season best time of 1:41.85 in the 600m at The Showcase meet ... season best 60m hurdle time of 10.46 came at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open.

2015 Outdoor: competed in the 400 meter hurdles and the 100 meters during first outdoor season ... finished in 15th in the 400 meter hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships ... set the sixth best mark in WSU history in the 400 meter hurdles with a 1:07.37 ... season best time in the 100 meters was 13.81.

2015 Indoor: competed in the 60, 200, and 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay during freshman season ... season best times include an 8.39 in the 60 meter, 26.92 in the 200 meter, 1:00.59 in the 400 meter, and 4:01.58 in the 4x400 meter relay.

High School: Voted as a team captain, Karina went on to win the Trailways Conference Performer of the Year award, and received all-conference awards in the 300 meter hurdles and long jump. She is a four time state qualifier in the 300 meter hurdles as well as a state qualifier in the 200 meter dash and the 4 x 400 meter relay. She went on to finish as a runner-up at state in the 300 meter hurdles.

Personal: Daughter of Wesley and Kathleen Elford ... majoring in Social Work.
