2016 Outdoor: Won the 800m at the Warrior Challenge ... part of the 4x800m relay team that won the Viking Olympics ... fourth in the 800m at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown.
2016 Indoor: Third in the 800m in a time of 2:24.44 at the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open ... fourth in the mile run at the Saint Mary's Early Birdinal.
2015 Outdoor: Missed entire outdoor season due to injury.
2015 Indoor: Competed in the 600 and 800 meters as well as the 4x400 meter relay ... set the fourth best time in WSU history in the 600 meters with a 1:40.29 ... season best times include 2:26.41 in the 800 meters and 4:06.92 in the 4x400 meter relay.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 200, 400, and 800 meters as well as the 4x400 meter relay and distance medley relay ... finished 17th in the 400 meters at the NSIC Outdoor Championships ... part of the distance medley relay team that broke the WSU record with a time of 12:33.39 ... season best times include 26.97 in 200 meters, 59.77 in the 400 meters, 2:23.62 in the 800 meters, and 4:01.83 in the 4x400 meter relay.
2014 Indoor: Competed in the 400 meters as well as the 4x400 meter relay and the distance medley relay ... finished third in the 4x400 meter relay and fifth in the distance medley relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... part of the 4x400 meter relay teams that posted the sixth best time in WSU history at 3:56.65 and seventh best time at 3:58.08 ... also part of the distance medley relay team that posted the eighth best time in WSU history at 12:45.98 ... season best time in the 400 meters was 1:00.15.
