2018 Outdoor: Placed 10th at NSIC Championships with season-best time of 2:17.45.

2018 Indoor: Member of DMR team that placed third at NSIC Championships with time of 12:19.41 ... season-best 600m time of 1:39.70 ... season-best 800m time of 2:20.93 ... season-best 1000m time of 3:14.71. 

2017 Outdoor: Season best 800 meter time of 2:20.30.

2017 Indoor: Season best 800 meter time of 2.24.76.

2016 Outdoor: Member of the 4x800m relay team that finished first the Viking Olympics ... fourth in the 800m at the Warrior Challenge and St. Mary University Open ... sixth in the 800m at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown and Viking Olympics. 

2016 Indoor: Second in the 1000m at the Saint Mary's Early Birdinal ... mostly ran the 800m during the year ... sixth in the 800m at the Minnesota State Multi & Open.

2015 Outdoor: competed in the 800 meters and 4x800 meter relay ... part of the 4x800 meter team that broke the WSU school record time with a 9:32.78 ... also set the seventh best time in WSU history in the 800 meters with a 2:19.26.

2015 Indoor: competed in the 600 and 800 meters, as well as the distance medley relay and the 4x400 meter relay ... part of the distance medley relay team that finished fourth at the NSIC Indoor Championships, setting the third best mark in WSU history with a 12:20.02 ... set the eighth best mark in WSU history in the 800 meters with a 2:22.30 ... season best times include 1:42.23 in the 600 meters and 4:24.66 in the 4x400 meter relay.
