2024-25: 2nd place finish in the 400m race at Chuck Peterson Open, 2nd place finish in the 600m race at teh Bearson/Gathje Classic, took 2nd in the 400m at Pat Healy Classic, 2nd place in the 400m at the Mark Guthrie Invite, 6th place finish in the 4x100 at the NSIC Indoor Championships, 3rd in the 400m hurdles at the Ashton May Invite, 2nd in the 400m hurdles at the Minnesota State Open, 2nd in the 400m hurdles at the Phil Esten Challenge, 1st in the 400m hurdles at the Maverick Open #1, 1st in the 400m hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships

2023-24: Earned 2nd in the 400m race at the Chuck Peterson Open, took 1st place in the 400m race and 3rd in the 4x100 relay in the Pat Healy Classic, finished in 2nd place in the 400m race at the Lewis Invitational, took 2nd in the 400m hurdles at the Ashton May Invitational, took 1st place in the 400m hurdles at the Phil Esten Challenge, 1st place in the 400m hurdles at the Dick & Mary Johnson Invitational.

2022-23: Earned a 5th place finish in the 4x400 at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Chamipionships... At the Dick & Mary Johnson Invite earned a first place finish in the 400H with a time of 1:04.41...

High School: While at Luverne High School, was 6x All Conference in cross country..3x MSHSL  state champ in 4x800, 2x Top-10 MSHSL  state performance in 300H... 3x Top 10 MSHSL state performance in 4x400.served as captain of hockey team...was 3x section champs in hockey...earned 2nd place team title in cross country...
