Max Norris joined the Athletic Communications staff in August 2025.
Norris is responsible for assisting in all athletic communication efforts for Winona State's 15 NCAA athletic programs through social media, press releases, statistics, video board production, and maintaining the Winona State Athletics website.
The Middleton, Wis. native earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2023. During his time at La Crosse, Norris coached varsity high school football and served as the head strength and conditioning coach for Madison Country Day School. Norris is an active member of the NSLS (National Society of Leadership and Success) and he is currently pursuing his master's degree in Sports Administration through the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
