Kathy Crudo was outstanding at the plate in four WSU wins this weekend. She was 8-of-10 (.800) with six RBI in wins over Minnesota, Crookston and MSU Moorhead. She started strong, going 4-for-4 with two home runs – including a game winning walk-off homer – and 4 RBI in the weekend opener against UMC. She was 1-for-2 with a walk and stolen base in the second game against UMC. She opened the two games against MSU Moorhead by going 1-for-1 with a run scored and walk. She ended the weekend with a 2-for-3 effort with 2 RBI, a triple and two runs scored in the final game against the Dragons. All told, Crudo was 8-for-10 with an .833 on-base percentage (10-of-12). She scored 6 runs, had 6 RBI, 2 walks, a triple and 2 home runs.
