An RBI triple by Joe Kubera and an RBI groundout from Andrew Geislinger chipped into the deficit to make it 11-4 and a two-run home run by Taylor Field in the sixth cut it to 11-6, but UMD scored two more on a pair of solo home runs in the seventh to up the lead to 13-6 before an RBI double by Geislinger finished off the 13-7 final.
