WINONA, Minn. - Northern State will be in Winona on Saturday afternoon as the Winona State Warriors battle the Wolves at 1 p.m. at Altra Federal Credit Union Stadium. The Warriors are looking to rebound after a tough three point loss at Minnesota Duluth last weekend. Northern State is coming off a win over Southwest Minnesota State, sparked by three defensive scores and special teams score.

Last weekend missed point after attempts and a late interception in the red-zone were too much for the Warriors to overcome. Winona State will look to start fast for the third straight week against Northern State. The Warriors have scored 19 points in the first quarter in both games this season.
