Winona State men's basketball contests canceled

WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University NSIC home men's basketball contests scheduled for Friday, December 17 and Saturday, December 18 have been canceled due to CoVID-19  protocols.  The Warriors were scheduled to host Wayne State College on Friday, Dec. 17 at 5:30pm and Augustana University on Saturday, Dec. 18 at 3:30pm.  Both games will be classified as 'no-contests', per NCAA and NSIC procedures. 

Additionally, the Winona State non-conference men's basketball game scheduled at Michigan Tech for Monday, January, 20 has been canceled. The contests will not be re-scheduled. 

The Winona State women's basketball home contests also scheduled against Wayne State College and Augustana University are on as scheduled.  The Warriors will host the Wildcats on Friday, Dec. 17 at 7:30pm and the Vikings on Saturday, Dec. 18 at 5:30pm.
