MANKATO, Minn. - The Winona State University women's indoor track and field team, currently ranked #20 in the country by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), heads to #2 Minnesota State University and the Mark Miller Invitational to be held on Friday, Feb. 18.

Mason Rebarchek and the Warriors will compete for the final time in regular season competition as they prepare for the 2021-22 NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships to be held on Friday, Feb. 25 and Saturday, Feb. 26 in Mankato, Minn.
The 2021-22 Winona State indoor track and field season has seen several outstanding Warrior performances, including the 4 X 400 relay team of
Maddy Pietz,
Brooklyn Schyvinck,
Shereen Vallabouy, and
Kendall Zeman which earned Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Women's Track Athletes of the Week award on Monday, Feb. 14.
On the regional and national scene, Winona State owns the top NSIC time in the 4 X 400 relay at 3:44.49 and is second in the nation, with only Lincoln (Mo.) University owning a faster mark at 3:42.74.
Competing in Mankato on Friday, the Warriors will see NSIC competitors St. Cloud State and the host Mavericks as well as a contingent of NCAA Division III programs from around Minnesota. MSU - Mankato resides in the #2 spot nationally in the USTFCCCA rankings, while the SCSU Huskies are at #34.
