Brian Bergstrom. In addition, single game ticket sales are set to open on September 1 for a WSU home games.
Offensive standouts
Tyler Anderson,
Sam Santiago-Lloyd and

For Anderson, the selection marks his second consecutive season having been named a captain. Santiago-Lloyd led WSU in rushing in 2019, running for just over 1,000 yards on 186 carries, scoring eight touchdowns. Dachel was named the Winona State Player-to-Watch on offensive in the 2022 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Football preseason poll.
On defense, 2021 Associated Press (AP) All-American linebacker
Carter Duxbury paces the Warriors who will enjoy a deep roster of experienced players. Duxbury was also the 2021 NSIC Defensive Player of the Year, while fellow linebacker
Clay Schueffner led the team last year in total tackles with 92 on the year. Both linebackers took advantage of the work of
Luc Leszczynski on the defensive line, as he drew double teams from opponents on most snaps. Leszczynski earned 2021 CoSIDA Academic All-American honors last year, turning in a 3.72 GPA as a economics/finance major.
