WINONA, Minn. – The Winona State University women's track and field team heads west to compete at the Mt. Sac Relays and the Bryan Clay Invitational in California.
The 63rd Mt. Sac Relays are hosted by Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California and begin today, Wednesday, April 12 and end on Saturday, April 15. The Bryan Clay Invitational is hosted by Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California from Thursday, April 13 through Saturday, April 15.
The Warriors have competed in two outdoor meets this spring, with strong showings at each.
Kaylee Beyer (800m, 1500m),
Lindsay Cunningham (5000m),
Brooklyn Schyvinck (400m hurdles),
Shereen Vallabouy (400m), and
Kaylee Olson (long jump) have all earned first-place finishes through the early outdoor season.
Winona State will look to add impressive performances during their trip to California this week.
