WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University soccer team travels to Missouri to take on Truman State University in their final non-conference tune-up match on Sunday, Sept. 10. The Warrior and Bulldogs are set for a noon kickoff in Stokes Stadium.
Winona State brings a 1-1 record into the contest, having battled nationally-ranked McKendree University in a 2-1 loss and earning a 2-0 win over Upper Iowa University.
Sunday's matchup will be the 12th time the two progams have squared off since Oct.4, 1998. TSU has had the advantage over WSU in that time with a 8-2-1 record, although Winona State earned a 0-0 draw the last time the two teams faced each other on Sept. 8, 2013.
