WARRIOR SOCCER HITS THE ROAD TO TAKE ON AUGUSTANA AND WAYNE STATE

WINONA, Minn. – The Warrior soccer team hits the road to take on Augustana and Wayne State on Friday, October 3rd and Sunday, October 5th.

First stop is Sioux Falls, S.D. to take on the Augustana University Vikings at 5:00pm on Friday, October 3rd. Then the Warriors south to Wayne, Neb. to take on the Wayne State College Wildcats at 1:00pm on Sunday, October 5th.

Winona State Notes:
  • The Warriors are 2-1-3 on the year, and 1-1-2 in NSIC play.
  • WSU out shoots opponents 75-45, with a shots per game of 12.5 to 7.5.
  • Kyliegh Jannisch leads the Warrior's offense with three goals on the year.
  • Annika Groendal and Quinn Williams hold the most time on defense anchoring the Warrior's backline.
