ST. PAUL, Minn. - Winona state soccer loses a hard fought 3-1 battle against Concordia St. Paul to come just 1 point shy of the NSIC tournament.

The Golden Bears scored early at the 15 minute-mark. However, the Warriors quickly responded with a goal from Madison Barnick assisted Faith Quinn. The Golden Bear offense continued to respond with a goal at the 38 minute-mark and again in the 81st minute of the contest. The Warrior offense couldn't respond in time resulting in a 3-1 loss.

The Warrior defense held strong up until the 81st minute of the second half when CSP found the back of the net again. The Warrior's didn't have the time to respond resulting in a 3-1 loss.
