WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University track & field team will head to Mankato, Minn. for the 2025 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Minnesota State, Mankato starting on Friday, February 28 and wrapping up on Saturday, March 1.
The Warriors are coming off of a great regular season with several athletes writing their names in the school record book. One of the many that have written their name in the record book is MacKenzie Wissbroeker in the long jump. Wissbroeker didn't only break the long jump record once, but she broke it twice this season as well as having the sixth best jump in NCAA Division II.
Hanna Reichenberger also wrote her name down in the record book in the high jump as well as having the 10th best jump in NCAA Division II. Some other athletes to watch for at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships are
Samantha Harke in the one mile run,
Kylie Anderson in the 5000m race,
Alyssa Larson and
Regan Feit in the 400m, and several other athletes that will be competing in their respective events at the two-day NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Fans attending the championship can purchase tickets at the door the day of the event, information can be found on the NSIC Championship Page. For those that cannot make the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships, events will be streamed on the NSIC Network, but there will be a charge to watch the stream. Fans are encouraged to purchase access prior to the start of the events as an account will need to be set up in order to have access to the live streams.
