WINONA STATE FOOTBALL ANNOUNCES 2025 SCHEDULE, HIGHLIGHTED BY FIRST EVER NCAA FOOTBALL GAME AT TCO STADIUM

WINONA, Minn. – The Winona State University football team will open the 2025 season on Thursday, August 28th at TCO Stadium in a neutral site nonconference game against Minnesota Duluth, followed by 10 NSIC contests.
 
Winona State and Minnesota Duluth will square off at 7:00pm on Thursday, August 28th at TCO Stadium at Viking Lakes in Eagan, Minn., attached to Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, the Minnesota Vikings World Headquarters and Training Facility. The matchup will be the first ever NCAA football game hosted at TCO Stadium.
 
The NSIC will feature a 10-game conference schedule with all 14 teams playing five home and five away NSIC games. Winona State, under the guidance of first-year head coach Brian Curtin will host five games at Altra Federal Credit Union Stadium during the 2025 season. Official game times will be released at a later date.
 
The Warriors will host their home-opener and first conference game against Bemidji State on September 6th before heading to Minnesota State Moorhead on September 13th. WSU alternates home and away contests for the following four weeks against Minot State, Augustana, Wayne State, and Minnesota State.
 
After a bye week, the Warriors return home for a homecoming matchup versus Concordia-St. Paul on October 25th. Winona State then travels to Sioux Falls and UMary before the season finale at home against Southwest Minnesota State.
 
Once again for the 2025 season, Winona State University will be hosting Game Day Experience on Johnson St. on WSU's campus leading up to each home game.
