WINONA, Minn. – The Warrior soccer team hits the road to take on Northern State and Jamestown on Friday, September 19th and Sunday, September 21st.

First stop is Aberdeen, S.D. to take on the Northern State University Wolves at 5:00pm on Friday, September 19th. Then the Warriors head up north to Jamestown, N.D. to take on the University of Jamestown Jimmies at 1:00pm on Sunday, September 21st.

The Warriors look to build off their previous weekends of nonconference match ups and set the tone for the conference stretch.

Winona State Notes:

• The Warriors are looking to build off of past successes and continue to out score opponents at a 2:1 ratio.
• Winona State averages ten shots per game to the average eight from opponents, with a .400 shot on goal percentage.
• Madelynn Drasher and Kyleigh Jannisch lead the Warriors offense with one goal each.
• Annika Groendal continues to anchor the Warriors defense.
• Sophomore goalkeeper Abigail Rounds looks to build off clean sheet last weekend and an .800 save percentage.

Northern State Notes:

• The Wolves are 0-3 on the season so far.
• Northern State averages one 4.3 shots per game compared to their opponents 17.7.
• The Wolves have been outscored at a 7:1 ratio by opponents. 
• The Wolves offense is led by Jaylee Hofer with one goal on the season. 
• Goalkeeper MacKenzie Turner holds the most time in the net at 248 minutes.

Jamestown Notes:

• The Jimmies are 0-2 on the year.
• Jamestown averages 9.5 shots per game compared to opponents 15.5.
• The Jimmies have been outscored at a 4:1 ratio by opponents. 
• Abrianna Madill leads the the Jimmies' offense with a single goal.
• Goalkeeper Skylar Lind tallies all the time in the net for Jimmies with 180 minutes played
