PEYTON COAHRAN PREPARES FOR NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS

BOULDER CITY, Nev. – Winona State men's golf student-athlete Peyton Coahran prepares for the NCAA Championships competing as an individual starting on Monday, May 18th at the Boulder Creek Golf Club.

Coahran will be the lone Warrior competing at the championships, teeing off for round one on Monday, May 18th. The NCAA Championships will consist of three rounds of stroke play to determine the individual champion. The championship will be a field of 20 teams and eight student athletes competing as individuals with Coahran being the only representative of the NSIC.

Coahran placed tied for fourth place in the 2026 NCAA Super Regional carding rounds of 68 (-4), 73 (+1), and 74 (+2) and qualified for the NCAA Championships after winning a playoff on hole 18 while playing at the Katke Golf Club in Big Rapids, Mich. Coahran was also named the 2026 NSIC Men's Golfer of the Year after securing five wins on the season, including a runner-up finish at the NSIC Championship.
