PEYTON COAHRAN CONCLUDES 2026 NCAA MEN’S GOLF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

BOULDER CREEK, Nev. – Peyton Coahran finished the 2026 season at the NCAA National Championship with a score card of 210 (-6) through the 54-hole event finishing tied for 16th place overall.

At Boulder Creek Golf Club this week, Coahran carded a first-round score of 69 (-3) and followed it up with a 73 (+1) during round two. Coahran was able to bounce back in round three with a score card of 68 (-4). Coahran carded 15 birdies and one eagle through the 54 holes of golf in Boulder Creek, Nevada. Coahran was tied for sixth overall in average score on par five holes with a 4.17 and made a tied for ninth place in total birdies with 15.

Coahran finishes the season with 10 top eight finishes including five first place finishes. Coahran was voted the NSIC Men's Golfer of the Year and was the only NSIC player selected to the 12-member Central Region team. The three-time NSIC Golfer of the Week finished the regular season with an average score of 71.2.

Coahran's finish is one of the top finishes at the NCAA Division II Championships in Winona State men's golf history, joining the ranks of WSU Hall of Famers Brian Paulson, Kirk Thompson, Jeff Engbrecht, and other Warriors.
