WINONA, Minn. – Five Warrior softball student-athletes were tabbed as College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honorees.

Braelee Jodarski,
Lila McNeill, and
Alyssa Woelfel each earned the honor for Winona State.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Softball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Berg, a junior from Coon Valley, Wis., collected First Team All-NSIC and Second Team D2CCA All-Region accolades after holding a 20-4 record on the season. Berg tallied 168.2 innings of work in the circle across 33 appearances and 24 starts while striking out 126 batters and walking just 13.
Elsenpeter, a senior from Maple Lake, Minn., ended her career with First Team All-NSIC, First Team D2CCA All-Region, and Second Team NFCA All-Region honors. Elsenpeter hit .341 for WSU and led the NSIC with 15 home runs while driving in a team-high 55 runs.
Jodarski, a sophomore from Oshkosh, Wis., started every game for the Warriors and slugged .550 with eight home runs and 35 RBI while hitting a total of 25 extra-base hits.
McNeill, a sophomore from Salem, Wis., started all 59 games for Winona State and hit .328 while collecting 17 extra-base hits and scoring 31 runs in her first season as a Warrior.
Winona State ended the season with a 48-11 record which included the program's 16th trip to the NCAA Tournament and their sixth NSIC Regular Season Championship.
