2016: Played and started 26 matches ... averaged 1.8 kills per set and 2.13 digs per set ... finished the year with 160 kills, 181 digs and 41 total blocks ... season high 15 kills at Augustana ... five matches with double-digits kills ... four double-doubles ... seven matches with at least 10 digs ... season high 14 digs on two occasions ... four aces at Sioux Falls.

2015: Played in 23 matches, starting 18 ... fourth on the team in points ... 2.86 kills per set ... 25 assists ... 12 service aces ... 2.13 digs per set ... fourth on the team with 0.47 blocks per set ... 37 total blocks ... second on the team in kills per set ... season high 17 kills in two matches (Concordia-St. Paul & Sioux Falls) ... 13 matches with at least ten kills ... seven matches with at least ten digs ... six matches with at least ten kills and ten digs. 

2014 (Iowa State): Played in one match for Iowa State ... got in during third set of regular season finale against Baylor.

2013 (Iowa State): Redshirted freshman year.

High School: Played outside and middle in her four years starting at Caledonia High School … helped the Warriors to their first state tournament appearance in 2012 where they finished second … led all scorers in the state championship match and was named to the Minnesota State All-Tournament Team … led Caledonia to four-straight conference championships … was a two-time Three Rivers All-Conference selection … In 2011 was named to both the Winona Daily News All-Area and La Crosse Tribune All-Area first teams … was a Caledonia team captain in 2011 and 2012 … is a two-time Distinguished Academic Achievement Award recipient … is a six-time Junior National Weightlifting Champion, winning three-straight titles from 2007-09 … earned multiple academic and athletic All-Conference honors … was the Caledonia women’s basketball MVP in 2011 … won a conference championship in the 100-meter dash and took second in the 200-meter dash in 2012 … was awarded back-to-back Work Ethic Awards for her accomplishments on the basketball court.

Personal: Daughter of Carl and Becky Fruechte ... her brother played wide receiver at the University of Minnesota and is currently playing professionally for the Minnesota Vikings.
