Winona State Warriors

Picotte joined the Winona State University coaching staff at the end of September, 2023. Prior to coaching at WSU, Picotte has coached for the IFL Green Bay Blizzard (offensive & defensive line), College Gridiron Showcase (offensive line), FXFL (offensive line), and Mesabi Range College (offensive line). Before starting coaching in 2010, Picotte was on the offensive line at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse where he recieved his B.S. in Speech Communications. Picotte is a production of Miwaukee, Wis. where he attended Milwaukee Washington High.
