Justin Bailey joined the Winona State football staff in February, 2022. 

Bailey comes to the Warriors from Northern Illinois University, having worked last season with the Huskies defensive line.

Prior to coaching in DeKalb, Ill. Bailey had stints at Kansas Wesleyan University and Fullerton (Calf.) Community College. The Yorba Linda, California product graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in May of 2021 with a degree in sport management.
