2023-24: Appeared in 27 games for WSU, starting 6 games on the year. Averaged 9.3 minutes, 2.1 points, and 1.1 rebounds. Shot 36.5% from the field nad 35.6% from beyond the arc. Had a season high 17 points against Crown College shooting 6-9 (5-7 3pt). Gathered 6 assists and 1 block on the season.

2022-23: Played in 22 games. Averaged 0.9 points and 0.2 rebounds per game. Did not miss a free throw this year with 3 attempts. Season high 5 points against Minnesota Crookston. Shot .231 from the field and was 5-24 (.208) from behind the arc. Recorded 2 assists and 2 steals.

2021-22: Appeared in 13 games...averaged 3.4 min/game...

2020-21: Appeared in four games ... totaled five minutes on the season...went 2-for-2 from 3-point territory vs. UMD on 01/14

High School: Was a standout at Wauzeka-Steuben High School, graduating in 2020... was the school's All Time Leading Scorer with 1,834 points, was a 4x Ridge and Valley First-Team All-Conference...  2x Ridge and Valley Player of the Year ... and 2x All State for Wisconsin Division 5 with 1,000 points ... as a junior, led his high school team to a 20-game winning streak...as a senior, led Wauzeka-Steuben to a 20-5 overall record, finishing the year with a 83-73 win over Potosi in the Wisconsin 5A state tournament...Served as captain of both boys basketball and baseball teams...

Parents: Todd Lomas and Tiffany Dums, Carter is the oldest of 7 boys.
