2014: Put together a strong sophomore season for the Warriors ... played in and started all 23 games ... earned third team all-region and all-conference honors ... scored three goals and dished out three assists ... scored a goal in the first game of the season against Michigan Tech and then scored goals in back-to-back games against Northern State and Sioux Falls ... dished out assists in the Northern Michigan and Upper Iowa games as well as one later against Minnesota Duluth ... attempted 38 shots, 21 of which were on goal. 

2013: Saw action in 20 games as a sophomore, making 12 starts ... posted three goals and an assist ... found the back of the net twice against Wayne State and added a goal the next day against Augustana ... handed out an assist on the Warriors’ only goal of a win over Concordia-St. Paul ... placed 13 of 17 shots on goal.

2012: Scored two goals and had an assist in strong freshman season ... played in 19 games, making first career start at Concordia-St. Paul ... scored first career goal against U-Mary ... had a goal and assist in win over Minnesota Crookston ... took 14 shots, with six being on goal.

Personal: Born on Aug. 9, 1994 ... daughter of Rich and Jan Sames ... majoring in Nursing.
