Dani Magdzas

Dani Magdzas enters her second year as graduate assistant for the Warriors in 2018. 

The Superior, Wisconsin native graduated from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, S.D. in December 2016 after playing four seasons with the Viking volleyball team. In 2016, she was an AVCA Coaches for Coaches scholarship recipient and attended the AVCA coaching convention in Columbus, Ohio.

In her junior season at Augustana, Magdzas started 12 of the teams 29 matches while playing in 105 sets. She posted a career-high 253 kills for the Vikings that year, which was the highest mark on the team, while recording a .256 hitting percentage. As a senior, she helped lead the Vikings to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2008.

While in Sioux Falls, she also coached club volleyball for three seasons at the Sanford Pentagon.

Magdzas completed her undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and Fitness Management at Augustana and is pursuing her Master’s Degree at Winona State.
