Ethan Grefsrud enters his second season as a graduate assistant with the Winona State volleyball team in 2016-17.
A native of Hawley, Minn., Grefsrud most recently was a volunteer assistant coach for North Dakota State University for the 2013 and 2014 seasons. He also has coached various club programs, including Assassins, Shanley and Summit.
Grefsrud was a decorated men's volleyball player at North Dakota State, receiving All-American honors along with a national title at the NCVF Championships in 2010. He also was an All-Conference libero in the NIVC two years in a row.
Grefsrud earned his undergraduate degree in Sports and Recreation Leadership at North Dakota State University in 2014.
