OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Winona State University gymnastics team lost to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) dual meet on Thursday, Feb. 16.
The Titans earned 190.775 points in the competition, while Winona State scored 183.950. The WIAC dual was the eighth event of the 2022-23 season for the Warriors and their second WIAC dual.
Jessica Miley led the Winona State effort in the All-Around, scoring 36.800 across all four events. Individually,
Kennedy O'Connor was one of two Warriors to place in the top three of a discipline, with a third place finish in the vault with a score of 9.700.
Taryn Sellner finished tied for third in the balance beam with a score of 9.425.
Breanna Ho took fifth in the bars with a score of 9.225, while Sellner secured the top Winona State finish on the floor, coming in a tie for fifth with a score of 9.525.
Winona State is in action next on Thursday, March 2 when they host the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and Simpson College. The WIAC triangular meet is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start time.
