WINONA, Minn. – Winona State University student-athletes
Harper Hamilton,
Irene Kearney,
Gabby Kraft, and
Frankie Jo MacAskill will make the trip out to Cortland, N.Y. to compete in the NCGA National Championships hosted by SUNY Cortland on Friday, March 20th at 2pm.
In the 2026 season Hamilton, Kearney, Kraft, and MacAskill all played pivotal roles helping the Warriors reach new heights in the record books throughout the season.
Kearney, a sophomore from Chicago, Ill., will make her first appearance at the NCGA Championships competing on the vault. Kearney brings in an average score of 9.615 for the season with a high of 9.775 on the vault.
Kraft, a sophomore from Eden Prairie, Minn., will make her second consecutive appearance at the NCGA Championships, competing on the beam this year. Kraft turned in impressive routines all season, averaging a 9.660 on the beam with a high of 9.775.
Hamilton, a freshman from Hudson, Wis., will also compete on the beam at the championships. Hamilton, in her first collegiate season, averaged a 9.410 with a high of 9.775 on the beam.
MacAskill, a freshman from Denver, Colo., led the WIAC on the floor during the regular season and will make her nationals debut this year. MacAskill averaged 9.770 on the floor with a high score of 9.825.
The four Warriors will compete in the 2026 NCGA Championships, held by Cortland State on Friday, March 20th in Cortland, N.Y.
