WARRIORS DAZZLE AT NCGA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

CORTLAND, N.Y. – Winona State was well represented at the 2026 NCGA Championships, hosted by SUNY Cortland.

Irene Kearney, Gabby Kraft, Harper Hamilton, and Frankie Jo MacAskill each earned the opportunity to cap off another historic season for the Warrior gymnastics team.

Kearney ended her season with a 9.025 on the vault. Kearney's 9.025 earned her a 48th place finish.

Kraft went into the championships for the second year in a row, after finishing 11th overall last year on the floor exercise with a 9.800. Kraft notched an 8.975 on the beam this year, earning herself a 42nd place finish.

Hamilton capped off an impressive freshman campaign with the Warriors, averaging 9.410 on the beam, with a season high of 9.775. Hamilton tabbed a 9.100 on the beam, earning herself a 41st place finish.

MacAskill also capped off an impressive freshman campaign for the Warriors, averaging 9.770 on the floor with a season high of 9.825. MacAskill garnered a 9.775 on the floor, tying for a 15th place finish.

The Warriors wrap up another impressive season, notching multiple new top ten all time scores and setting a new program record for team score at 191.925.
