BEMIDJI, Minn. - The Winona State Univeristy Warriors fall to the Bemidji Beavers on the road 3-0.
In the first half, the Warriors' defense was they key components in keeping the the game scoreless against BSU. The Beavers' defense also held WSU to to only three shots in the first half.

Jacey Sturek where the three Warriors to take shots in the first half.
Alyson Jumper collected three saves in the first half to help Winona State stay scoreless through 45 minutes.
The second half did not go in the the Warriors favor. The Beavers scored 33 second into the second half by Katrina Barthelt to take the lead, 1-0. BSU took a lenthened the lead, scoring again 4 minutes and 29 seconds into the second half by Lauren Hondy to go up 2-0. The Warriors were able to get a handful of shots off by Strating and
Quinn Williams, but were unable to find the back of the net. Bemidji State was able to score again to push the lead 3-0 to secure the win.

Alyson Jumper was able to collect 11 saves in goal for Winona State.
The Winona State University Warriors will be playing on the road on Sunday, October 6 at 1 p.m. at Minnesota Crookston to round out the weekend.
