WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University women's volleyball team had Sidney Paulson and Kylie Welch selected for All-NSIC honors, announced with the release of the 2024 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) All-Conference Volleyball Teams. Both Warriors led the team to a 17-10 regular season record going into the last weekend of the regular season.

Paulson, a graduate student from Jackson, Wis. was named to the All-NSIC First Team after the 2023 season being named to the All-NSIC Second Team. It's been a career year for Paulson receiving her 1,000th kill, while also being on pace to finish with her most kills in a season as well as most digs in a season. Paulson is ninth in the NSIC in kills per set and in the top 20 in points. 

Welch, a senior from Davenport, Iowa was named to the All-NSIC Second Team after an impressive season on the defensive side of things for the Warriors. Welch has collected a career-high in digs with 515 on the year so far and 45 away from her 1,000th dig for Winona State. Welch is third in the NSIC in digs per set at 5.15. 

Kylie Welch received NSIC Defensive Player of the Week once this year. 

Winona State heads into the final NSIC weekend of the regular season competing against #2 St. Cloud State University on Friday, November 15 at 6pm and (RV) Minnesota Duluth on Saturday, November 16 at 4pm.
