WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University gymnastics team heads to Simpson College to compete in their first triangular meet of the 2024-25 season. The Warriors are set to compete against the Storm and the Panthers from Greenville University on Saturday, January 11 with the meet starting at 2 p.m. in Indianola, Iowa.
Last season, WSU out scored the Storm in all events with a team score of 187.250 to Simpson College's 184.400 lead by
Jessica Miley (All-Around),
Taylor Magierka (Bars),
Taryn Sellner (Beam & Floor),
Courtney Knutson (Floor), and
Bryce Stoltz (All-Around. Simpson College was lead by Bella Dix, Chloe Radmer, and Brooklen Morgan in the 2023-24 meet that took place at Winona State. The Warriors' first meet of the season will also be the first time they will compete against Greenville University.

Courtney Knutson, who all placed in their events during their 2023-24 campaign. WSU is coming off of some great performances leading to five gymnasts performing at the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) National Championships, Stoltz (All-Around),
Taryn Sellner (Beam, Floor & Vault), Izzy Kropewiec (Vault), Diskerud (Vault), and Bateman (Bars).
Bryce Stoltz's performance on the beam earned her a score of 9.850, which earned her a first place finish and the National Champion title.
The Winona State University gymnastic team makes their first road trip down to Indianola, Iowa on Saturday, January 11 to compete against the Storm or Simpson College an the Panthers of Greenville University starting at 2 p.m. The Warriors' first home meet will be on Friday, January 24 where they will host both Gustavus Adolphus College and UW-La Crosse with a start time of 6 p.m. in McCown Gymnasium.
