OSHKOSH, Wis. – Winona State gymnastics earned their best score of the season, and third highest score in WSU history, with a 191.000 at the UW-Oshkosh quadrangular to close out the regular season.
The Warriors ended the regular season on a high note, putting together one of the best meets in program history by breaking into the top 10 in the WSU record book on the vault, bars, beam, and overall team score.
Kennedy O'Connor led the Warriors once again on the vault, receiving a 9.650 to lead WSU to a 47.625 team vault score.
Kaylee Bateman scored a team-best 9.600 on the bars contributing to a team bars score of 46.950.
Bateman also led WSU on the beam with a 9.775.
Gabby Kraft (9.750) and
Bryce Stoltz (9.725) finished inside the top 10 as well and led the Warriors to their second-best beam score of all time with a 48.525. Stoltz, Kraft, and
Camdyn McSweeney each notched a 9.600 on the floor as Winona State had a team floor score of 47.900.
Winona State will now turn their attention to the 2025 WIAC Championships on Saturday, March 8 in La Crosse, Wis.
