WINONA, Minn. – Winona State men's and women's golf are set to host the Jewel Invitational on September 22-23 in Lake City, Minn.
 
There will be 11 men's teams and 12 women's teams competing in the two-day event, hosted at the Jewel Golf Club. All golfers are scheduled to tee off at 10:00am in a shotgun start on Monday, September 22nd.
 
Women's Golf Notes:

• Winona State is coming off a third place finish at the CSP/MSU Brawl last week.
• Kelby Anderson was the top finisher last week, finishing sixth individually.
• Georgia Volley, Kelby Anderson, Kessa Mara, Lindsey Lund, Maeve McDougal, and Megan Young compose the lineup for WSU.
• Celia Turner, Elizabeth Duncan, Tara Eckes, and Taylor LeMire will each golf as individuals in the event.

 
Men's Golf Notes:

• The Warriors dominated in their first event of the 2025-26 season, winning the CSP/MSU Brawl by 12 strokes.
• Peyton Coahran took first last week with Luke Maas one stroke behind in second.
• Coahran and Maas will be joined by Diego Olano, Javier Casariego, Logan Chouinard, and Tyler Gandrud in the lineup this week.
• Max Jericho and Tyler Johnson will compete as individuals.
